Getting in Shape!

As the day approaches, like most brides, I am getting somewhat nervous about fitting into my dress. I have very little time to work out and with my nerves I keep eating things I should not be. So I started Jillian's 30 Day Shred, since so many brides recommend it. I will let you know if I see any results. So far I am on Day 2 and I am feeling tired and sore! What did you do to make sure you fit in that dress? And what helped calm your nerves?


  1. girl i'm doing the same thing. i've been doing it for a bit and def see and feel a difference. i've also cut out junk food.
