As our anniversary approaches I get extra "giddy girl in love-ish" just like the weeks leading up to our wedding. I am so in love with being in love and am head over heels with being a wife.
I love happy love songs. This one is one of my current favs:
Oh, killing softly and I'm still falling
Still the one I need, I will always be with you
Oh, you got me all gone, don't ever let me go
Say it real loud if you fly,
If you leave me you're out of your mind
My baby is a 10
We dressing to the 9
He pick me up we 8,
Make me feel so lucky 7
He kiss me in his 6
We be making love at 5
Still the one I do this 4
I'm tryna make us 3
From that 2
He still the 1

Musical Motivation
Happy St. Patrick's Day! Looking for some music to keep you motivated through your work day, work out, or to dance to as you get ready to go out and have some green beer? If so, here's a link to a free mix/podcast from the hubby! It is Episode 25, the one released on 3/15/11! I think Itunes is required.

Enjoy!

Our New Mariachi
So I'm sure you all remember my ceremony music ordeal, right? Well luckily I was able to find a new mariachi! They aren't able to do the reception so we are keeping the "old" mariachi for that, but they were more than happy to do the Mass and perform "Ave Maria" at some point for me. I was also excited to see that they are the mariachi that produced the awesome Obama video below. I had seen this video before and loved it and now I think it is so cool that they are performing at our wedding! Yay! It worked out perfectly. It's all coming together now! Eight more days!

Musica...Check!
My family is originally from Jalisco, Mexico and they looove mariachi. I am happy to report that the mariachi has been booked! We will have them play during our ceremony and perhaps some portion of dinner as well. Phew! Finally another item checked off the list. Moving slowly but surely. Any special music performances you will be having? Or how will you incorporate your culture and heritage?
